Kevin Tack, M.D.
Kevin L. Tack, M.D. has 15 years experience as an Internist and Gastroenterologist.
A graduate from SUNY School of Medicine at Buffalo, Dr. Kevin Tack completed his Post-Doctoral training as a Resident in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset.
Dr. Tack is a board certified Internist and Gastroenterologist and on the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Currently, Dr. Tack is on staff as Assistant Attending at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset and an Active Assistant Attending at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, N.Y.
