Pacemaker Follow-Up

Pacemaker Follow-up. As an added service to our patient’s, pacemaker follow-up can be performed. The patient is provided with a device to be kept in the home, which allows us to check the pacemaker’s function and battery voltage over the telephone. This is usually done on a monthly or every other month basis. It is suggested that the patient have a more comprehensive pacemaker check-up with a physician in the office setting at least twice yearly.
